Straight after training, smooth one patch onto the front of each thigh while you stretch.

For external use only. Patch test first: apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner wrist and wait 24 to 48 hours. If there is no redness or itching, use it as normal; if any irritation occurs, stop straight away. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, and keep away from the eyes. Wash your hands after use. If you have sensitive skin, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Hong Kong grew up with a bottle of herbal oil in the cabinet and another in the handbag. We kept the herbs of that tradition, herbs traditionally used in Chinese herbal care, and put them into a patch and a roller you will actually take to the gym. Made in a GMP-certified facility and blended with natural essential oils.
