Clean and dry the area, then apply the patch to the spot you want. Each pack holds two patches of 4 x 10 cm. Follow the pack for how long to wear it, and take it off if your skin feels uncomfortable.

Both feel cool the moment they touch your skin, then a gentle warmth builds. The patch stays on; the roller is massaged in. Use one or both, whatever suits you.
